The leviathan LTS or, long term storage capsule, is a new hand crafted titanium product made by esteban (we know him as TIsurvival). if your not familiar with estebans work, here is his website:

I myself am no stranger to his work. i own one of his spectra spools, two of his "son of" exo tubes (one of which has an awesome annodized/polished finnish), one exo tube, two of his kubotons, and of course, the new leviathan. although i have yet to own one of his more popular items, the fire piston (a very simple device wich uses pressurized air to start a fire) But for some reason i felt compelled to do a review of the newest edition to the group.

To start, the Leviathan boasts a hefty 43.2oz of solid titanium . So this isent something that is practical to carry with you on a day to day basis, unless of course it were kept in your car, or strapped to a motorcycle. but this is isent by any means a down side. as it isent exactly meant to be carried. after all, "Long term storage capsule" is pretty self explanitory. you could literally bury this thing in the ground for decades and the contents will be be untouched by the elements. two large O rings keep water/dirt/etc from getting inside, as well as a (Almost annoying) amount of threading to unscrew the caps.

the aptly named leviathan has some rather thoughtfull features put into it. for one, there is a reasonably size paracord hole in the top. 550 and 450 will fit without a problem. it was milled throught he top cap and not through the body, to maintain waterproofing. for two, it has a broad, flat, bottom and top. you could stand it up from eather end, or keep the caps from rolling away as youre stuffing it full of gear. one thing i particularly like about it, is the caps are somewhat hollow. giving you more space, and allowing you to over stuff the tube. or leave more needed items toward the top for easy access. another interesting part is the fact that it has both internal and external threading on the indivdual caps. allowing you to screw them together if you so choose.

i have not yet personally decided on what to put inside this thing. i could literally fit everything i currently own from tisruvival, inside this tube. i could also fit a 26"in ASP baton with room to spare. im thinking about using it store some knife related maintainance items.

for many people the price may be far to steep for what your getting (essentially a rolling safe), but luckily, esteban also accepts trades in gold and silver (and on occasion, knives). ive always found him to be easy going, and very flexable in negotiations regarding trades.

all in all its a pretty awesome piece. not to mention its going to be featured int he new Bourne legacy movie.
