Looks like my Higher Power has shown me that a new truck is not in the cards for me. My mom is so very graciously giving me her 2001 Lexus GS300 so I can devote my truck money to my shop and machinery.

God gave me amazing talent at making weapons. It would be a shame to forsake maximizing those capabilities by pouring $26k into a new truck instead of machinery and tooling.

I am in acceptance.

Good for you Matt, just stay true and be positive going forward.

Our time is short here at best.

Mark... first day I was driving, I made it a point to go visit Beelzy at Pool Mart. Brought my knife bag and showed him some toys. I'd been meaning to catch up with him for years.

You may need a truck in the future, but with the Lexus as your primary transportation the truck won't need to be expensive or new-ish. There are some great used trucks out there in the $10,000 - $15,000 range when the time comes.

Lexus makes a solid car. Hope it does you well.

It has approx 160k miles. Taking it to Costco tomorrow for new tires.

Wife's Lexus is a 2002 that she's owned eight years, and it still runs and looks like new.

Got your license, got wheels even if not the preferred ones, and getting some new machinery to use your talent on.
Life is getting better day by day, you are an inspiring man Good Luck in all you do...

I won't be moving in til July 15th at the very least.

Make sure you spring for the power feed.

If you don't, you'll wish you had after a sort time using it.
