Hi guys,
My name is Jack, and this is my first post on these forums. I've always had a fixation with knives and as luck has it so did my father. When I was 14 he brought me to see Robert Lutes' workshop, and ended up purchasing me this knife which is the pride of my collection. I have the original bill of sale (certificate of authenticity) which states all the specs of the knife. 440c steel, 7in blade, rockwell 'c' hardness: 58, construction: tapered tang, grind: hollow, ornamentation: file wonk, handle stabilized maple, fittings: micarta, and I believe the sheath is leather/rattlesnake skin. I apologize in advance for the quality of the images but I don't have a nice digi camera only my iphone. Thanks in advance guys and I hope you all like it. Oh and I saw Lutes' son in law posting here..if you see this feel free to mssg me I still live in northern indiana, I'd love to see your collection some day.
