my schrade min-flex on ice

had a good day on the ice and put the 146 to work. works just as good as she always has. Just wanted to show that our schrades dont just look great but they function even better!!!. and in case anyone is counting the crappie in the middle which I pulled through the ice today at noon illinois time today (2-25-08) measured 16 1/2 inches!!! I know there is a lot bigger ones out there than this but for a smaller sized pond where I live its huge!!! this one will be my first trophy mount fish. Good thing my father-in-law is a taxidermist. I caught 3 that size but didint have the heart to take more than one, that way everyone gets a chance. the other 2 were a hair bigger and the other was a hair smaller but this guy was the prettiest.- Joel

I know its a little decieving cause a min flex measures around a foot but I promise she was 16". Look at the knife in the top picture next to my big boy and that makes it look a little better than the second one.

Joel, here in Australia we have a fish than looks so similar to those what do you call them , depending which state you come from we call them CALLOP ,YELLOW BELLY , GOLDEN PERCH. Good eating , our length limit here is 33 cm 12' inch

Man oh man them crappie make my mouth water but more so got to get me a Schrade fillet knife or 2. Great pics there gradall5200.
