I posted a while back about a problem I had with my Sebenza. If you want to look back and find the post it is around. Anyways, I just wanted to say that the problem has been dealt with. Chris was a real gentlemen and helped me out.

With this said, I want to apologize to CRK and other fans, as I should not have posted my problem before talking to Chris. It wasnt fair to this fine company, and was irresponsible on my part. Although I can not take the post back, I hope that I can make some positive results on this forum in the future. Thank you for a great knife and community,

That's really great to hear! I don't think any of us really expects perfection, but rather a company that strives to do right by its customers. CRK does that.

I am glad that you resolved the situation. Chris Reeve is a great man. I have talked to him on the phone with an issue and he explained to me in great detail the cause & cure of it. CRK Customer Service is Legendary, you will not find anyone better !!! Thats why I sold nearly ALL my other knives and spent the money on more CRK. Your might say I am almost exclusive CRK now. And I could not be happier. I knew Chris would take care of you if given he chance. :thumbup::thumbup:
