Hello every one,

I just got in the mail my second folder. It wasn't long ago that I bought my first one:o (Benchmade 943)... hardly 3 weeks ago.

But the new knife IS so much different. Larger, yet feels good in my hand. Heavier. I think a knife ought to feel a bit heavy in the hand--just my opinion. Different blade shape/style, blade material, opening mechanism and body material. The only thing that my two folders have in common is that they are cutting tools:D

I went for this second folder because I wanted to expirement with a totally different knife, yet both folders are great cutters!

Here are some photos...

Best wishes,

that is a good looking knife. what model is it? i see it is CUDA, but the knife looks like a spyderco starmate... although i know it's not.

Thanks iubigred007!

The folder is the Camillus CUDA1 with plain spearpoint edge (false upper edge), close to 4inches ATS-34 stainless steel blade, G-10 scales, liner lock mechanism and pocket clip.

Best wishes,

Edalb

Great knife!

I once had a CUDA Quick-Action but traded it away....sometimes I wish I still had it.

I have a Cuda1 in black, got it when it first came out. It's my EDC work knife. I thought they stopped making that one. Where did you get it.

Yes, this knife has long been discontinued. The Camillus Company closed down a while ago. I got this from an auction @ eBay. It's one of their "first production run". I have only had it for one day. It seems to be a very strong, well-made knife. Time and duty will certainly tell.

Best wishes,
