My second Sebenza Stonewash Vs. Satin

Hey guys,
I finally decided that my left hand sebenza was just not gonna work for me (me being a righty and all). So I ordered myself a right hander. It should be here in the morning or monday at the latest. Now here's the deal. The left handed model I sold had a satin finish blade which I thought was gorgeous. The new one is going to have the stonewashed. I've never seen a stonewashed in person. And we all know that pictures never do sebenzas any justice. So what do you guys think of the stonewash vs. the satin. Why do you like the one you like the most. Thinking of sending the knife to CRK to have it polished but gonna make final judgement after I play with the stonewashed for a few days... weeks... maybe years. LOL. But what do you guys think.

Stonewashed for use, polished for dress... I would use it for a while before sending it for a "polish" then you will know how a slonewashed blade wil fare compared to a polished one for later comparison... especially since the knife is a user and not a dressier one...

I had CRK polish the grind on mine, I like the glint on the steel!

It is a give and take though, because satin showcases scratches, which you will get on a user. I can live with a scratchy looking satin finish, but some people can't. I'd suggest you use that argument in your decision if it will be a user.

Scratches add character, and they don't show in stonewash!!!

For a show quality knife and general appearance a polished finish is better. However the SW IMHO is the best finish out there to hide use marks and it looks good on the Sebi. I love my Camillus EDC 154CM, but IMHO the sw finish is not the best I have seen.
