I just finished beeswaxing this sheath this morning , for the Spyderco Bushcraft. I didn't like the factory sheath too much. I manage this one in 2 days which surprised me. My first ( esee3) took me a while longer.
Thanks for all the tips and support I've gotten here. It is really helping me out a lot.:)

This is very impressive! I keep checkin this out because I'm like you and can't stand the sheath that came with my Spyderco bushie. You just may well inspire me to give this a try since I'm having trouble finding a replacement....

Very Nice, a couple things you could do depending on the look you wanted, you could skive the top of your inside top loop to make it sit more flush and you can hit your knot and thread ends with flame to keep them from fraying. By no means criticism just another way to do things everyone has there own look. That's the beauty of leather you can make it rough or picture perfect, it depends on the look you want to portray. If you're just starting out keep it up you'll be amazed at what you'll be able to do down the line. Also is there a welt in there? That you want to make sure of.

Well done for the second sheath hiwa! looks like you have some talent.

The welt is visible in the spine shot there BL. :)

Instead of knotting the ends of the thread, simply back stitch three or four spaces and cut flush, its a much cleaner look than burning or knotting.

What kind of leather did you use for this sheath? Any pictures of the process? I too am unhappy with the sheath that came with this knife and would like to make a replacement, but I have never made a sheath before.
