Here is my semi-outdoor workshop.

This is my grinding, heat treat and rough work area. Enjoy!

That's a Fairly nice setup you have there. (Bwah-ha-ha-ha.... "Fairly"... I kill me.)

Rick, you always crack me up... :D

I spent my cash on just the "meat and potatoes" and hope to build a nice shop around it this summer.

Everything including the electric and workbenches are only a few months old, before that I worked on my porch with a clamp on vice and had a 4x36 flea market grinder under a tent. The big bench is recycled wood from a broken redwood deck. I really need a good bandsaw, the friction saw and grinder work for profiles but are not the best; I don't mind, they work great for now. :D

Very cool! I love seeing how other people set up their shop. Can't wait to move into one bigger than 200 sq. ft in the next couple months. I'm stealing ideas from everyone. :D Looks like a efficient little set up.

Thanks!

I plan on building a workshop this summer if I can afford to. I'm thinking about a long skinny shop with shelves and benches running down the sides. The grinders and saws will get a seperate room.

The big blue saw is an automated 18" blade rock saw. I'll be cutting big rocks into slabs with it while I do my knife work. If all goes well it will be used to cut up big slabs of glow in the dark burlap "mycarta" and other phenolics. :D
