Worked a Shot Show booth last week and thought I would share my 2 purchases. I only hade 45 minutes to walk around so that limited what I got to see.
1. Tops released a new Ginunting sword. Great balance and nice lines. Just arrived day.
2. The booth next to me PMC Technologies out of Canada works in a zirconia AMORPHOUS METAL material they call metallic obsidian. I saw a few commercial blade makers come by his booth to discuss making knives but it sounded like they manufacture more with it for medical/ joint replacement. Apparently it is injection molded then hardened. Often used instead of titanium because it has higher durability. It also won’t rust. I bought a knife from him he had for display that I thought was pretty cool. Very sharp.
