My Sikayo Weeps

I am not able to console either of my Sikayo's. My daughter bought a spiral cut ham.

Pardon my ignorance of spiral hams, but does this mean the meat is already slices, or bone in so you don’t want to use your knife. This thread puzzles me, but I am sure there is a fine reason

Is it like a slinky? I imagine you could still find a reason to cut something. Slice that thing down the middle making it easier for everyone to grab their share.
