Okay, here's Becker number six (6) for me. Straight out of the box and all stock with the orange scales chosen for this.

Man I sure have a lot of catching up with all you Beckerheads! Now what's next?

looks good, I think I'm going to pick up a set of those scales for my 14. I really love the look of those bk-11CSM too, nice pair you've got.

Dayum Blunt! 6!?! I only have 5 and I've been at it since... Oh ya I got my first one in January. Looks like I got some catchin' up to do. :)

Fourteen is Supreme! I need to order a few more, I have nephews and cousins eying mine in a most alarming manner.

Now, strip it...and re-measure. I'm curious how much the ''Shipping Cover'' adds to the knife weight.

Thanks! For me, I'm liking the orange with black.

Both of us need some catching up! What's the cut-off number of Becker knives ownership these days?

Awesome! Which do you prefer the 11 or the 14?
Of the two (2), it's easily the BK-14. More than likely it's the handle length which gives it a better purchase though the blade's length are similar. Now if Becker made these in CSM too!

The 14 is one of my favourites too, 'grats on the new steel man.
Thanks, and I'm liking those scales!

Good job! Next in the list should definitely be the BK12. :) Trust me. . .
[Note to self: Must practice self-control!] :D

Now I know why you love this knife so much!

You made a good decision with the 14. It's my favorite little fixed blade knife.
Thank you! I can see how easily this will be my favorite small bladed Becker!

As per thrillbilly's request.

This one is what? Something like 0.014 ounce shaving?

0.014 ounces is a lot for ultra-lighters! LOL

You got lucky, one of the nicely stonewashed Beckers under that paint!

Looks great, Makes me want another one LOL

Whole lot of weight saving on that epoxy eh? Anyway, I thought so too on the stonewashing. Maybe because of the smaller footprint? And yes! I do believe another BK-14 is in tall order for me!

congrats on the 14. i have been carrying mine for the past few weeks. solid, useful, little knife

I know it can't be true because I haven't heard anyone complain about it, but to me it looks like where the bolts go through the tang, the scales would have a chance to slip on the steel. Can the back half of the handle slip given enough force or am I picturing where the bolts go through the tang incorrectly?

Still congrats on a great looking knife!

The scales have an insert that fits into the skeletonized portions of the 14. It aint going anywhere once the bolts are torqued down snug.

Thanks thrill. I was wondering how it didn't slip.
Here's what thrillbilly is describing.
