I recently realized that I need to bring more positive energy to this forum as I have had issues with slipjoints in the past and seem to just have negative posts. So to combat this I thought I would show what I have for slipjoints.

First is my slipjoint house:
When it started out

and Now (almost out of room, need a bigger "house")

My custom Voorhies (usually don't care for single blades but it is red):

The knife that resides with me when in school (I need nice nails for Massage so it is very useful, especially as I have bad nail grooming habits):

the SAK is in pocket most of the rest of the time:

Other than that the RAT Railsplitter is carried:

Or my "pretty user"

My old time Wostenholm, given by a nice gentleman known by the family, who picked it out of his pocket and gave it to me when he found out I liked knives- I've never seen another with a wharncliffe second blade, maybe a aftermarket modification, maybe original:

This one qualifies as a slipjoint right (ducks head;))

Just wanted to show that I do in fact collect traditionals, and do enjoy my time here even if some posts do not seem like it (balance in the universe and all).

Thanks for sharing the photos of your collection. The Wostenholm appears to be a circa 1950s-60s pen knife with faux horn scales. The secondary blade is a reshaped pen blade. Great gift.

I like the slipjoint house! Slipjoints collections are like rabbits, some tend to multiply like crazy. I like the collection. A good variety of patterns.

The picture of the Voorhies tooth pick....what is the knife directly behind it with the polished micarta (?) scales?

Nice rail splitter BTW.....always liked those.

Your UKPK is indeed a slip joint....maybe not traditional...but a slip joint nonetheless. :)

Morrow- that is my Elishewitz folder- it is the opposite of traditional- liner lock, damasteel, and g10/micarta/blueblack carbon fiber. It is one of my most carried clip folders- locks up great , is easy on the eyes and I got it for a great price on BF.

Thanks for the comments and info on the Wostenholm all.
