Ok, I haven't called him "Hammerhead" in a long time. Mike is a great young maker in the New England area. I met Mike soon after he'd started making knives and I'd wanted one of his pieces to add to my small collection. I don't think I've seen a young maker make such leaps and bounds in his abilities/quality so quickly. Watch out for him in the near future, he'll be rising fast.

He'll eat 'posum stew without blinking an eye and have seconds to boot. Another plus in my book. ; )

The knife is 7 3/4" long with a 3 3/4" hollow ground blade of 154CM stainless steel @ an 800 grit hand-rubbed finish. The handle scales are stabilized Maple Burl wood with nickle silver pins and a stainless lanyard liner. This is a very sharp and comfortable knife.
