You might just ask Aunti Y if she has any. Seems like I remember Lachhu made several a while back and there may be one left in her collection. They are really nice Karambits. This one is really nice too but im fond of the ring myself.

I have one with the ring and I love it but I kind of like it a lot without the ring too.
That's one I'd like to hold in person to see what it feels like.

I just did a special order with auntie to make it with a ring!
 
Pretty handsome katunje in my book, but then again I'm rather partial to them.
