Started my knife addiction on an old integrated clip FRN Delica in AUS8 about a decade ago. Used and abused the sucker.

Didn't pick up another spydie until the Native in S30V. It's my travel knife now--lock it into my suitcase when flying.

Then a couple of Calypso Jrs later, I stopped. Got bored. Tried reviving my spyderco collection with a couple of Byrd knives a few months ago, but it wasn't the same. :(

Just got home from NewGraham with a new Harpy. Holy schmolies what a great knife! Looks like a new EDC has found a new home.

I had a similar experience.... started my collection with an Endura PE about 13 or so years ago. Added a Delica SE about 7 years ago, an a Merlin PE about 5 years ago. Bought all different brands I could get my hands on over the next few years. As of the beginning of this year, the Spyder bit again. Acquired a Ladybug, Meerkat, Dodo, Salsa, 2 x Spots and a Rookie. Have great ideas about more cool Spydies for the future :D

I was a staunch Spyderco collector/user but have gotten away from them lately as I have become interested in slip joint knives. I just traded a Microtech Mini Socom PE for a Spyderco Wegner PE. WOW is all I can say about the Wegner. I see why this knife is so sought after. :)

Not only is this a great looking knife but I was impressed by the stout construction. Now I have the Spyde Wegner clipped to one pocket and a Cold Steel Stockman in the other. Best of both worlds.
