I like this Strider. It utilizes economy of space. Compared to the Sng, both blades have a "straight" edge-measure of 2.82". Of course, the Sng has a thicker blade-width of 0.165" while the SJ75 has 0.125". I like them both a lot. The SJ75 doesn't seem to frighten anyone in the Outback Restaurant when I visit. And with all of that fancy scalloping, it's quite an attractive folder.

I was curious why the 75 gets no love like its kin does. They must be selling though or would have been discontinued by now.

Love how the blade looks. I been wanting one for a while but I will probably get it later on.

Sonnydaze ; how about an update...what are your impressions on the SJ75? Any buyer's remorse or are you still happy with it? Does it get a lot of use or is it put away mostly? I'd like to hear your opinions.

The SJ75 is the one Strider knife I can't warm up to. I love the look of the SMF, SNG, and the PT, I think they're all attractive blades and very purposeful as well.. but still every time I see an SJ75, it is ugly as can be. To each his own though, I know many people love the SJ75.

I've owned one for a couple fo months now and I love it. I basically sold all my other knifes becuase they do not compare. To me it's one of the most unique, and best looking knife on the market. My only "con" would be the lockbar sticks sometimes. But it has solid lock up and I love it and carry it often. I have the double digi-cam version and it's just beautiful.
