It surprised me that I got my knife back so soon. I usually send my knives in through my dealer but I had a less than stellar experience the first time I sent my Stryker in. Benchmade emailed me a shipping label, so the knife was sent and returned on their dime. I explained the issues I was experiencing in detail on the warranty form and I am pleased to say that Benchmade has completely redeemed themselves. They pretty much replaced just about everything on the knife including the blade. Benchmade really took care of me and I would like to thank everyone on here that encouraged me to give them a second chance.
