My supercool custom Alox Victorinox SAKs.

Greetings all,

I got these in the mail last Friday and wanted to show them off a bit. Scibeer over on the SOSAK forum made them up for me. I sent him a new red Farmer, a used Climber and a used Pioneer Settler ( that I had convexed the blades on ) to harvest parts out of.



Fit and finish is great, and the action of the blades is crisp. The new pins appear to have been hammered by hand and have a faceted, almost jewel-like appearance. The Alox Climber is something that I have been wanting for a long time. The Solo with Awl was sort of an afterthought made up of the leftover parts, but after carrying it a few days I really like it. I am quite pleased with both of them.

The farmer with scissors is fantastic. I have been EDC'ing a Cadet II for the past year and find it covers all my needs EXCEPT the scissors. Great Work!
