Both beauties! That might be one of my favorite Bounty Hunters yet, Congrats!

those are some beauties notdos. I've been tempted to buy one of Hall's bounty hunters(on looks alone) because i haven't found one to handle yet. Could you tell me the width and thickness of the blade. Also, is the bounty hunter a fast and smooth opener? I would appreciate all the info you can give. thanks

Very, very smooth and with the extra thick liners, it might as well be a frame lock. The blade is about 1/8" thick and about 1 3/16" tall. Don't let "Medium" fool you. This is a serious knife that doesen't feel overwhelming in the hand,,even with small hands(like mine). I own or have owned several of Jeffs pieces and they're all well made.

Phillip:)

thanks for the info notdos. I'm also curious about those thumb notches on top of the bolsters. They seem large and somewhat odd-shaped compared to other knives I've seen. Are they comfy? And does anyone have an email address for jeff hall. thanks
