I am still new to the world of traditionals and lock backs. So far my favorites are Barlow, Clasp, folding hunter, toothpick patterns. I want another Barlow and am thinking about a sodbuster. I like my knives to big and beefy. I was in a rush and took these pics with my phone. I really like Case, Schrade, but sometime want to get a GEC or S&M when the budget allows. Also want a shot at Rough Rider on the lower end of the price scale.

What are your favorite Big barlows?

Some nice-looking knives there, I particularly like the Remington

Great knives, and as the guys have said off to a great start, if you want a Barlow that is huge bang for your Buck, GEC made these knives for this particular chap - these knives are without doubt absolutely Fantastic quality, a lot of very knowledgeable people have the Spear points, and the Clip point Barlows and rave about them, I love my TC Barlows that's for sure! - look up our local Barlow man himself...Charlie ( waynorth ), check out this thread then get in touch with him, he's a great guy with MASSIVE respect round there here parts....

The Remington was acquired in a trade from one of our own forum brothers. I left him great feedback. I love the looks and feel if the covers/scales.

This big Rough Rider Folding Hunter (pattern #522 @ 5-3/8" closed) has amazing fit and finish for a $15 knife.

My favorite of all is this S&M File & Wire Daddy Barlow (#042271 @ just under 5" closed) in Moss Green Wormgroove bone.
