I recently made a trip out to Arizona to visit a buddy of mine. Although I took most my traditional knives with me (my knife box), the knives in my pocket were carefully chosen. Of course my yellow Victorinox Huntsman was there (never would I go anywhere without it), and I also had my Case Cheetah Cub in my watch pocket, but the one go to knife I chose was my GEC 72. I have posted some of the pics in other threads, but I thought I would share its travels with my friends on the porch!

This knife has quickly found a special place in my line up of knives. The carbon steel gives it personality every time I use it. Love this blade!

Something about GEC knives, they just has to be in your pocket no matter what and always with you in your travels. Like my 14 in antique yellow. Got some photos just like that of it, but in the Sandias mountains just outside of Albuquerque....

72 was my first...well, reintroduction to the traditional world and I go back to it very often. Feels good in the hand, looks good and is well built. Mine may be making the trip out to Arizona to visit family this year.
