My UBER Inexpensive Kit

I have a minimalist kit/psuedo Nessmuk trio kit that i put together for very cheap...matter of fact it was entirely free! This is what i have (pics arent mine...but these will do)

Main knife: Sog Revolver Seal Edition (FREE/GIFTED from the PIF thread from Brendan)

with a piece of this (Found)

one of these:

traded for a knife that i found at a pond
one of these: Gifted at Christmas

All held onto the sheath by 2 of these: Gifted from forumite

Working extremely well for me especially considering my cost! :thumbup:

and it all is rather functional and works well together... lucked out.

I've been thinking about filling a section of Ranger bands,inner tube with a Fatwood dust/Magnesium dust mix and sealing the ends with puncture repair. I think these would serve well as a last ditch type fire starter, just slit them open and spark em up, the fatwood and mag should ignite the rubber band and I'd expect burn for a good while even in the wet !
