I started in the knife hobby last March. I’ve bought/sold quite a few knives and may be complete with these two beauties (for now, LOL!):

I could go on about these knives, but this is my summary…Amazing fit, finish, action and everything about these knives!

Note: I rarely carry knives. I have them to admire, fiddle with and show off to people.
 
Those are certainly worthy choices for your purpose, congrats!
I humbly suggest searching out a fixed blade to complete the collection. They do not fidget, butI imho they are the ultimate from admiration/beauty perspective.
 
Nice pair! I’ll play, since I’m carrying my SHF and favorite(only) OTF today. This is another great pair I think!

Gotta say, if you're only going to have two, those are two great knives to own for sure. Beautiful knives, thanks for sharing with us.
 
Not my only pair, but I'm carry these two today.
The flat ground Frank B in 7.5" is handy for light cutting and it has a decent edge for a stiletto.
