Yes, obviously this is my first CRK.. I've read so much hype (good hype) on this forum, that I've just sold two nice folders to finance the deal.

It will be here today. Gonna run to McDonalds for my quickie breakfast after I drop off one folder at the post office and then get back here and wait on USPS. I WILL get you folks some pix real soon...not that you don't know what they look like.

Sonnydaze you probably already know this, but when opening, you push the thumb stud up toward the top of the knife, not out like on a Sebenza.
Prepare to be delighted! :D

Thanks for the info. I expect it to be a little tight for a while until it gets worn in a bit. Of course, I learned that here too. :)

One "HAPPY CAMPER" :)

Finally got it loosened up ... could not be happier ... what a wonderfully designed knife ... snaps open with just a flick of my thumb. Ordered the tool kit but will not open it up until it needs cleaning as it is just perfect right now.

Used a friends Wicked Edge Sharpening System to touch-up the edge ... really liked the system tho a little pricey ... He ordered it on WWW.Promotive.com ... if you are in the military / law enforcement (or know someone) they were selling them at 50% off ... IMO really about what they should sell cost. The system does a fantastic job of putting a mirror finish (shave sharp) edge on the knife ... highly recommend it.
