My Umnumzaan Arrived Today!

I purchased an Umnumzaan off of the BF Exchange and it arrived today. This was purchased on a whim and I have no idea why I did it. I was not even thinking about the Zaan as my next CRK. I AM GLAD I DID THOUGH. I love it - It will be my go to large folder. It just feels right, especially the weight. My (non-office) EDC is a small micarta Seb 21 and I was thinking of getting a large micarta Seb 21 for heavier duty tasks but this hits the spot. I want to investigate the Seb 25 but right now I am ecstatic!

I know, it's one of the most useful knives I own. I'm left handed, the first Umnumzaan I got was a RH model, hated it. I could not open it with my left hand at all. Got rid of it and moved on. Decided to give it another shot with a Lefty. Absolutely love the Umnumzaan. It gets more pocket time than my 25, and I love my 25's, all 6 of them.

Gratz.....Umnumzaan is on my short list, but I have to get a 21 first. But I'll get one.

BTW......I'd be more impressed by the pics if you were drinking Jim Beam. :D
 
I sold mine do to the blade top swedge. Loved the knife but that top grind I never could fall in love with. I'm a 21,25 and insignio type of guy. Enjoy it.
 
Got a star tac umnumzann approx four weeks ago and it hasn't left my pocket. Now Saving up for a 21w/dual thumb studs.
