Got it last week. Garth has reground it to a FF and put hand shaped canvas micarta scales on it per my request.
I must say I am very happy with how it turned out. The knife is noticeably lighter, but also the balance is now just behind the handguard. Feels in hand extremely comfortable and looks fantastic.

Beautiful work by Garth, as always. That sheath is killer; who makes it?
 
It an Uncle MoJo now! Looks great, good for you for the mod. That swedge is very nice. Didn't realize that Garth would do that much grinding on a blade.

The full flat grind certainly feels different in hand to the sabre grind, as you observed. I have a thread comparing three variants here.

I had a mini mojo in full flat, but satin Mofo looks way better.
It also chops much better too (spent about 30 min hacking at a 6" log).
Anothe observation - a much slimmer tip. Not as strong as before, but strong enough for the outdoor, camp use I intend it for

Oh man... beautiful blade dude. AND you managed to get a Tie kydex before he dropped off the face of the planet--awesome!
