i hate technology BS too, but just set up a free photobucket account and once you have the pic up there, copy it using the the "IMG" link, not the others. it was pretty easy for me and i got it after 3 tries.
 
Wow OMG, you do realize that if you click the "edit" button you can modify your existing posts right? Try googling "uploading pictures to a forum". M'kay?

It's definitely on the list. So much for even trying to google or maybe looking at a post with a picture to see how th picture is posted.
