The maker, Larry Withrow, is not that famous or famous at all. I haven't been able to find much info about him, but I sure like this knife and it didn't cost me a fortune;). Custom made leather sheath, rainbow style damascus blade with bone handle, 9'' overall length... and here come the pics that tell the story better than I...

Very nice knife. That rainbow damascus steel is very purdy indeed! I like that tightly grained bone. Is that Giraffe bone?

great looking knife for sure. Im not that found of mosaic pins, but this sure looks good on this knife. Purty damascus this is.

Sorry, I don't have a clue what "purdy" means.... and I also don't have a clue what kind of bone the handle is made of:o:o:o

All I know is that the knife was sold to me as "authentic" with bone handle and damascus blade, which I do believe this to be true... as the knife is well made and feels solid in the hand.

I wish I had contact info of the maker to learn more about it.

Best wishes,

Haha "purdy" is slang for pretty. It is indeed a very nice looking knife! I love the mosaic pin and thinness of the handle! I dont know what you paid for it but it certainly looks expensive!

Congrats, Id love to own a knife so 'purdy'! :)

BTW Edalb,

This knife and the pic's needs to be added as a post to the 'show your basic fixed blade...' thread back over in the, "Traditional Fixed and Folding.."forum :)
