Well the mailman ( Postal Person ) just made me a very happy camper today. I just took delivery of 4 of my inbound Sebenzas. My thank you emails will be going out right after I post this, but I want to publicly thank Miguet, ArtSig and Slice123 off of one of the other knife forums for the deals. Just took delivery of my:

2001 Bocote Wood Inlaid Large Sebenza
Classic Blue Leather Inlaid Large Sebenza NIB
Thanks ArtSig ;)

Classic Large Sebenza w/Polished Blade Option NIB

Large Solar Wind Decorated Sebenza NIB
Thanks Miguet

Kind of nice to see all those white boxes with 14 year, 16 year, etc stickers stacking up

These all went very nicely with a NIB Double Thumblug Sebenza from Sniperboy on Wednesday.

Thanks again Blade Forum, and keep those boxes coming boys and girls :)

Glad to hear about the "Holiday"........should have told the boss and maybe I could have gotten the day off;) Raindrop, take care of all those sebbies and let us know how they will be rotated. Its official you have a case of incurable SEBENZINITIS!!:D :D The only cure is what you got in the mail today!

WOW! Which one are you going to carry? Maybe you could alternate every other week. Those Classic's with leather and wood inlays are sweet! Congrats on your new found friends...

Man......Do you have it bad!!!!

FIVE Sebenza"s ,, did i read that correctly five, WOW, Man i hope you do not end up living in a tent spending all your money 8-P Ha Ha Ha

Hey good for you, ENJOY

Well, I am not Bill Gates by any means, but I don't think I am ready to move into a tent either. The Sebenza bug did bite me pretty hard, but I also bought some of these because the deals were too good to pass up.

As far as which one to carry, yeah I have been struggling with that a little bit, and really have resolved the situation at first by carrying the ones that somebody else has already carried and leaving the ones that are NIB the way they came. I ended up making cash offers and availing myself of some great deals, and then getting Sebenzas in trade besides so I have a "few" Sebenzas right now. Some of the ones that are carried already, are probably going back to CRK to have Silver Contrast graphics that I can carry without worrying about fingerprints and such. Some of the others will probably be used as trade goods. I contacted one CRK dealer who responded that they did trades for CRKs all the time, but had never had anyone approach them to do a Sebenza for a Sebenza trade

At this point, I am just enjoying having the dilemma of deciding which one to carry. As far as I am concerned, that is a nice kind of problem to have. :D

Glen, i hope you realize i was only razzing you. That is fantastic you were in the right place at the right time to find such deals. Once you get the knives back from CRK it will be as if they were never carried.

ENJOY

General,

Thanks for the kind words. As a basic member I am not allowed to post pics, but I did send some pics of the ones I have in hand to CPirtle, so if he sees this he might post. I am vacillating about upgrading my status to gold, because this horrible "affliction" you all refer to as "Sebenzanitis" doesn't seem to be getting much better, although I held myself to only buying one this weekend

That is putting in mildly. I have "several" myself, but it took a couple of years for me to get the numbers you have right now. You have it real bad, my friend ;)

Don't we all live in tents?

Every time I tell my wife I'm done buying anything for a while then 2 days later a new knife shows up I head outside to set up the tent... :D

Here are the photos in question. I took the libery of doctoring them up a little to get the 2 images into just one.

Thanks Chad ! :)

Of course the "rest" are now asking if they are living in a tent ;)

That means I'll have to do the family portrait all over again soon.
