My video reviews about traditional folders

Thank you for sharing with us, Dagon.

I had a look at #32 and enjoyed your presentation.

Dagon has some of the most insightful reviews I have seen anywhere.

A very interesting archive and a kind gesture on your part, it's much appreciated.

Dagon, I want to thank you for the posting of your videos. Great close ups on some very nice knives. I've been facinated of late on the Laguiole type of knives, and I found your videos helpful.

Thank you!

Dagon, recently I came upon your links by following another Laguiole thread. Very interesting videos that answered many questions I had and introduced me to knives I never knew existed. Very informative reviews, well done!

About 5 years ago I was given a Laguiole from a friend--it turned out to be a Forge de Laguiole. Wonderful traditional French knife. My son was taken in by the filework on the spine, so I passed it along to him. Now I find myself wanting another. Thanks to your review of the Fontenille Pataud, that's the maker I'm leaning towards. I also found out they offer blades in RWL34, which I assume is the French designation for ATS34, which makes the knife even better in my opinion. The only problem is that so many wonderful scale materials are offered, the decision is a difficult one indeed. Anyway, thanks for your videos, which got me headed in the right direction.

I hope you spend some time here on the traditionals forum, you do interesting work and we could benefit from your insights.

That Chambriard Le Compagnon is really interesting. The price especially for that kind of filework and material is really good. Do are there retailers in the US?
Thanks

God Bless
