My wife is not pissed.....

:o

Been there. Try this suggestion. Everytime your wife buys clothes, jewelry, etc., you note the cost. When it adds up to the cost of a new knife/gun related product, you get to buy. Then if something is said, you can demonstrate that you're not spending any more than she is. That will keep those smiley faces from turning to :grumpy:

Most of us have been through the routine "Why do you need so many knives?" "Why do you need so many guns?" Best thing to do is try to hide the receipts.

Or try reverse psychology: "Why do you need so many shoes? Why do you need so many dresses?"

So far this month I have purchased 4 knives (Ontario TAK in D2, Camillus Cuda, Cold Steel Master Hunter, Ontarion 12" Camper Machete), 2 rifles (built another AR and my first AK, an AMD65 SBR $200 ATF tax stamp on this one ouch), some Craftsman tools, a new top for my Jeep and some ammo. She emailed me this morning at work and said, "You need slow down a bit on spending". She even threw in a smiley face at the end of the email. I believe that I may have married the best woman on earth.

Good for you.
