So my wife woke me up before going to work (she works 1st shift and I work 2nd) to tell me that she bought me a BK4 for our anniversary!

It's gonna be here Saturday and I'm so pumped.

So, to celebrate my first becker chopper, can you guys post up pics of your BK4's?

Seriously though congrats on the 4, it is an awesome blade that deserves more respect then it gets. I love mine and use it as much as my nine... And congrats on the anniversary my wife and I celebrated our 12th this past sept...

HaHa! That may work for you, but I want my wife no where near any of these threads cause she'd soon figure out who I am on here then she would realize how many knives I really do own!!

That is not something she needs to know till I'm dead. :D I think she believes I only have 10 or 15 knives. In reality I probably have close to 100?

On a side note, all because of this thread, I ordered my wife a Pink Izula today with her name engraved on it! lol. Now to figure out how to get her to actually carry it.
 
Try something smaller first! O slipped a schrade OT pen k ice in my wife's purse until recently. I was gifted an od2 by kershaw from a forum member and I stuffed that into her purse now!
 
Yea I got her a small SAK and attached it to her Keys a few years ago but haven't seen it in a long time. She would still ask me to cut stuff open for her and I'd say, use your the knife I gave you and she'd say she forgot she even had it. haha
 
I'm jealous, my wife is awesome but doesn't understand my obsession. At one time while we were on vacation she asked me to find her a knife to put in her purse. After being with me all these years ( 5 married and 8 before) she finally realized the usefulness of having a knife at all times. I ended up getting her a nice small buck folder and to this day I think it is still sitting in that purse in our closet and was never transferred to the new one with all of her woman EDC. Thanks for the reminder! I'm going to find it now.

That is awesome and you are a lucky, lucky man. My girlfriend and I will be celebrating our 2-year mark next week, but I don't think there'll be any Becker BK4s in the cards. :D
 
Wow! Great wife! She have a sister...........?

The Machax is my all time favourite knife. Had my first one for 20+ years. The second, a generous gift from Moose.

I have already started on a set of scales with brown and blue canvas micarta. :D

I have the block layered up and now all I have to do is machine the set. It's gonna be epic :D
