And was very impressed. Now keep in mind, she is not enthusiastic about my “knife thing”. She has never unboxed one before. I got a picture and some comments while dealing with some tired, frustrated and testy lawyers. It was a great distraction!

Her first impression: “the incredible packaging”. This is coming from a person who is very OCD when it comes to wrapping and packaging. Way to go Jo!

Second, a comment I’ve never heard from her lips: “Beautiful workmanship”. She was talking about the knife. She’s seen quite a few knives but I didn’t think I’d ever hear those sentiments from her. Thanks Nathan and Lorien!

Lastly, I immediately put it on my belt (weak side in front of my spare mag) and I only got a muted “Rambo” comment intend of the “you can’t wear that”. She even thought it would be better for my pants because she’s tired of trying to fix my suit pockets which take a beating from pocket clipped folders.

It beautiful. It’s sharp. It’s oh-so-ergonomic. It’s almost as light as my PM2 while being many times tougher. The only thing I missed was the unboxing and I’m OK with that! I may have to get another one.........

PS: another thanks to CataD and Odog27 for helping to make this happen.

Cool David! Thanks for the smile!

That’s how it starts. A week from now you won’t be able to find it. During your frantic search of the house you will notice your wife constantly pulling her shirt tail down. When you finally put two and two together, you will, indeed, need another one.
Glad it all worked out!

Congrats David, but there is a saying around here "Pictures or it didn't happen":D

Thanks. I thought I should splurge on the Antique Micarta because this may be the only EDC2 I can get, the supply of this scale material may run out, and it just looks soooo pretty.

I’ve already found a use for this blade - to scrape the sharp edges on the belt loop edges of the Dozier sheath. This sheath is very serviceable, but I ordered a leather one because this knife deserves it!
