I wanted to get my wife a custom fixed utility for her b-day. I contacted David Farmer and asked if he could modify one of his existing designs for her and he took care of me no problem.. This one is convex grind 1/8" O1 with hollow aluminum tubes.. I wanted purple and green (my wifes fav colors) micarta.. David said that he had never seen any, so I started digging around and ran across Todd at Shadetree composites.. I asked him if he could make a slab of purple and green and he hooked me up, made a slab and sent it off to David.. This is what we ended up with..

Then David worked his magic, and viola...

David send it off to Badger for a sheath job. I told him I wanted something outdoorsy and feminine, but not fairies and nothing pink. He said he thought he could come up with something I would like.. Well, he won...

What a wonderful B-day present for your wife!! That knife looks great, as does the sheath!

That's a great looking package! I really like the sheath.

Really nice package of blade and sheath. I like how he used a pattern of different stitching widths to add to the overall design. I may have to try that soon.
