My wife wanted me to post her knives here for all to see and hopefully get some of the great knife loving ladies that call BF home to post some of theirs too (or if your wife has a collection and gives you permission). I love that I can get a knife as a present and actually enjoy it- not to mention that she knows more about knives than her ex who "forges knives"- but doesn't HT them.

The negative thing about her liking knives is when I get a new one in and she gets that look in her eye- easier to just pass it over (like the William Henry- I knew it would be hers when I got it but still hoped:p)

If you wish ladies, show us what you have.
 
It's the first time i see a knife with a sheath like my old solingen knife came with,a sheath with an Indian Head stamped on.:thumbup: mine solingen knife had a plastic stag handle.The handle was cheap but strong & the carbon steel was good.

I wonder where and when it was purchased.
 
My wife won't spend a dime on knives as long as she can just crab mine, however, that is fine with me, she always brings them back dull.:D

It took 5 years but my wife is finally getting into knives. She has two so far. I would post a pic but shes out and has them with her. Shes not quite on board with the blade forums thing yet; talking about knives with my imaginary friends. :D
 
I hate, hate, hate, HATE, HATE that finger guard on the Mora 511. I knew I should have grabbed a 510 before they were discontinued.
 
That's a very nice limited edition switchback she has :) That knife looks awesome in every color it comes in.

At the risk of derailing this fine thread, if you hate the guard on the 511, cut it off, contour the remaining portion with sandpaper then pass the sanded portion quickly over a small flame and it will essentially become a like-new 510.

Now let's see them knives. :)
 
I have one of those WH "Cascade" linerlocks. My wife has never see it! ;)

my girl always ends up sticking whatever shes carrying in her purse, so folders always come back full of lint and "purse-crud":thumbdn:...she now has a Benchmade fixed blade in there, and its gonna stay there.

I want to see pics when you get the Ontario Hossom Retribution 1 back from Reese. Is he doing flat scales?

They will be flat Emerson type scales drilled for L/R tip up carry. I bought her all these, the first was the Runt, a month into our dating.

Her favortite is the Woodswalker.
 
My wife isn't really into knives, but, despite all the complaints about how much I spent on our Kitchen knives, she appreciates, and really enjoys using them. (as does everyone in our household)

My daughters on the other hand are a bit more receptive to knives. In addition to having access to pretty much all of my knives if they choose, they each own:

BRKT Pro Scalpel
BRKT L'il Canadian
BRKT Gunny

I also have a custom on order for each of them that I hope will be delivered sometime this spring.

I would post pics, but they've been posted so many times before, folks are likely getting tired of the repeats.
