Well, guys, it's been over a year, but I've finally gotten around to redesigning my website. I've moved off of the Geosh*tty site, and popped it onto my micro-space at GTE.NET, so at least you don't have to contend with popups everywhere. Other than that, I'm playing around with some font embedding, so if you get a chance, hop out to

Me Website...with a MALLET!!!

And give 'er a look. Mostly what I'm wanting to see is if the fonts come through--if it all shows up in Arial (or some other system font) it ain't working. What you should see, in MS IE 4.0+ is mostly a font that looks like an old typewriter, with some florid lettering for the titles, and boney lettering for some of the editorial comments. I whipped it up using Front Page, so all of you Netscapers out there are outta luck. Sorry! I make knives, not webpages, so I use what's familiar.

Other than the fonts, I'm looking for some (gentle) critiques of the site, overall. What's good/bad/indifferent/makes your brain hurt?

Okay, so it's not working, right, yet. Dang.

The font-embedding works on the first page, but I need to fix it on every other page...tried to Kluge it together, and broke it worse...

I won't be able to fix this until much later, tonight. AAAAAARRRRGHHHH!!!!

Like your site, and your jokes. :=) I did find the red a bit hard to read and a larger font may help readability.

I think I've got the fonts fixed for all of the pages, now. Give 'er a try and see what'cha see...

It works fine for me, Kal. Easy to use, and easy for me to read. Now get the hell away from your monitor and out in the shop!:D
 
Everything looks good and it even works good for me..
Love the lite harted hummr on the pages also.
