I *think* this is in the right section of the forum.
This is my collection! Ive only been doing this for a month, after months of wanting to, and my options are slightly limited in Australia. So, bare with me
And heres what they are, numbered from left to right.
My current favorites:
1, Muelay - (Is what is written on the blade. Its actually really good. I picked it up at a garage sale, and had to sharpen it, but its good for lots.)
3, Cold Steel - Roach Belly (Its pretty fantastic.)
My not favorites:
7, Gerber - Paraframe I (Edge needed some sharpening, but its handy.
5, Gerber - Torch II Tanto G-10 (This is my first spare knife.)
In the near future, ill be adding a Ka-Bar TDI into there. I mean, its definitely added, but shops are closed on April 1st around here, so just pretend its there.
These are the knives i really dont consider to be my main collection. I do have them with my collection, but only because i dont see any harm in keeping them as spares, or something. Bare in mind, everything here i got BEFORE i actually started collecting knives. Really, i only have four knives in my collection. It took extensive deliberation for me to decide to even include these in the photo. Ive often considered just putting them in a box or something, because theyre totally redundant now.
4, Guerilla - Tacman (This is my second spare knife.)
2, Fury - (I have no idea what the model is. I got a lend of it and another fury knife off a friend one weekend, and he just let me keep them.)
6, Fury - (I have no idea what the model is. I got a lend of it and another fury knife off a friend one weekend, and he just let me keep them.)
Theres that.

Now, there are a few knives im looking at buying for various reasons, and id like to know if with any of them, i should really pretend they dont exist, and find something else instead. So without further ado, ill just list them off.
-Kershaw Blackhorse 2. I basically want it to take the role of being my spare knife (unless its really amazing, in which case it can be more than that). Ive looked at the Wildcat Ridge as well, and the Cold Steel Lone Star Hunter. Price not being too important (im not just looking at it because its cheaper), i think this would serve me pretty well, assuming there isnt something horribly wrong with it im not aware of. But if there *is* a reason i should disregard it, which of those two alternatives would be preferable? Ive heard its a bit bulky, but i have big hands and i dont mind some weight.
-Bad Blood Kendrick Spartan. Short fixed blade. I might not use it too often, but unless theres something horribly wrong with it im not aware of, i wouldnt mind having one or two of Sean Kendricks knives in my collection.
-Ka-Bar Fighting Knife. These things just look really handy.
-Cold Steel Finn Bear. Its cheap, and i reckon it could do a better job than my kitchen knives can. Alternatively, i could get a Cold Steel Canadian Belt Knife. This one isnt exactly a complex choice. I mean, i wont be using it for anything harder than food. But again, if theres something im not aware of that i really should be...
-Cold Steel Spike (Not sure which one). I kinda just want a neck knife, just so that i have one. But that doesnt mean i just want ANY one. My main concern is that ive seen in a review online that they dont tend to ship too sharp, and dont hold a point if theyre knocked into hard things. Im not sure if i believe that, so i thought it throw this one in there. Alternatively (if an alternative would be better), theres always Becker Neckers or Ka-Bar Besh BOGAs to look at?
And lastly,
...Am i on the right track? With the sorts of things im looking at getting as additions, mostly.
PS: I know there isnt an exact right or wrong. I just couldnt think of a better way to word the question.
