I have a ZT 0350 and my blade is not centered. My blade has side to side play. Pretty annoying! I've tightened the pivot screw as much as I can not to hinder the assisted flip. Any ideas???? I appreciate any help and ideas. Also my steel scales have bad machining divots in my jimping in the top and bottom. Anybody else noticed this?

Well I'd start by loosening all the screws then, with the knife fully open start tightening the screws little by little starting at the bottom of the handle, and working your way up to the pivot....then tighten a lil more and again ect..
That works for me.

Hope it helps!

I will have to try that! I'll let you know how it goes. Do you recommend using thread lock on any or all the screws?

Yes I use lock tight (only use the blue kind.....trust me on this one) on all my screws.....just make sure you don't get any on he outside of he pivot when you apply it..

Centering a 0350 can be infuriating, sometimes I get mine first try after reassembly and other times I get so frustrated I just let it go for a couple days before I take a deep breath and revisit it.

I'll be sure to take deep breaths before and after my attempts. I just think for an american made knife for $100-$120 bucks, they should have paid a little more attention to the details. Other than those things its been a pretty good knife. I'm just spoiled from my small sebenza I guess... I'll make my attempts tomorrow. Thanks for the heads up.

Mine is off centered as well.Messing with the pivot gave it side to side movement . So i'll just live with it.Since its not rubbing

Mine is slightly off to the right when viewed in hand ready to deploy. But this appears to be the blade geometry as the tip seems a bit off. It flips out well using the flipper. Using the thumbstud is rough. I get full deployment about 70% of the time. And my thumb is getting beat to heck. I'd say overall between the flipper and thumbstud it has been opened 200-250 times.

My 0350 has a couple small gaps between the G10 and the liner on the locking side. I can see this when holding it up to a light source. The light just peeks through the gaps on either end of the knife. Probably less than the thickness of a piece of newsprint.

Well I went down to Lowe's and bought some thread locker blue this morning. Came back loosened all my screws out a bit, opened the knife and slowly tightened all the screws little by little from the bottom up. It made the blade centered a little better. As well as the side to side play. But I don't I'll get that 100 percent. I'll just have to keep fiddling with it from time to time. All this made me like it again! It is a tank of a knife!!
