My ZT is dull and my Rival scale is gross. (Warning: Blood)

But I guess that's to be expected after cleaning two deer and two turkeys.

Not sure if the pic would be acceptable here, but I'm very pleased with the performance of both the knife and the scale!

 Care to PM a picture of the...dirty and dull knife?

Which ZT did you use for this?

I reviewed the TOS regarding image posting, and I'm fairly positive this isn't violating them.

No touch up through two deer and two turkeys, and when I got home had no problem opening up the box my Junglas was waiting for me in when I got home.

Feels considerably less sharp than it was, I'll touch it up later.

Hells yeah, that's sweet! I wanted to post one up but no deer this year.

We wanted four, but only saw two. Two dry years and stupidly warm weather have made them rather scarce. Might go back around New Years. Wife got a doe and both turkeys (the turkeys with one shell), I got a decent buck, farthest shot I've taken yet.

Funny, when I was thinking about getting a ZT 350 I had the thought that the blade shape would be a good skinner.

THAT is how to use a knife!

Here in Colorado, with the strangely warm weather, Elk were scarce. Deer were easier to find...only because I didn't have a tag. Spring turkey season is only a few months away, but it is shotgun only. I'm not sure I would want to use a rifle on a turkey. How much useable meat was left?

Spring gobbler is usually only shot gun and archery over the east coast. Same with fall turkey. I personally only scattergun though, bow takes skill for turkey!

Wife took both turkeys with one 3" mag shell out of the 12ga, both headshots. Ended up with almost 20lbs of meat just from the breasts and thighs.

Hey, now that's a reality pic, love it. Did you use it for the pelvic bone, that would have been a hell of a test.

We ought to have a section on BF where we give kudos to a forumite who used their knife for a cool task, like where every month it passes from one member to the another...something like that, cause this would definitely qualify ,btw thanks for the photos, awesome

Any of you mods and/or admins out there paying attention to this excellent sounding suggestion?
