Mycenaean Naue Sword – Just Released
Hi all. Just completed this custom order. Will be adding to the website soon and will be making a video on it.

History:
One of the most important, and longest-lasting, types of prehistoric European swords was the Naue II sword, also known as the "grip-tongue sword". It first appears in c. the 13th century BC in Northern Italy, and survived well into the Iron Age, with a life-span of about seven centuries, until the 6th century BC.

Shop Details:
1095 High Carbon Spring Steel. Steel is Heat Hardened & quenched in oil. Heat Tempered @ 500 degrees for 2 hours, and letting it air cool.

Total Length = 27 ½ ”
Blade Length = 21 ½ “
Blade Width = 1 ¾ ”
Blade Thickness = 3/16 “
Handle Length = 6 ”
Handle Width = 1 1/8” widest
Handle: Walnut
Weight = 1 lb 10 oz

I have been watching your stuff since you started posting here. It just keeps getting better, this one has very nice grinds. I like your videos too, it is fun to see you slice through stuff with these things.
