Is anyone interested in a 3 day survival class with Myke Hawke? There would be a 6 student minimum and class would be fri - sun. Kindly post interest here and drop me a p.m. or email.

Many Thanks.

That will be determined by group vote, once we have enough people to have a class. fair enough?

I'm interested, but the "where, when and how much" are serious factors for me, and I'm sure everyone else, to consider.

.

the where, when and how much will be up to the group.

6 students is the minimum. at that #, price might be around $500/man. if we get more students, the price goes down.

the when; will be up to the group to decide by vote. we need dates that work for everyone.

the where, again up the the group. we need a location to do this. if someone has an idea where to have class, i am all ears.

i hope that helps.

no. i just saw him on t.v. on i shouldn't be alive show last weekend. i think you will be seeing him more on t.v..

i just like to train. his co. web site is specops.com . maybe that will help?

Mike Hawke hmm.

Sounds like Bart Simpson calling down to Moe's Tavern.

Is this thing for real?

Oh my....how, pray tell, did you notice that.

I've already done all the training required with Mike Hawk. Well, that probably was not appropriate.

All kidding aside, I would be interested again DEPENDING on where and when. When, becasue I am extrmemly busy, and where, becasue if it is Alaska, the $500 weekend becomes a $3500 weekend...if it is within a 6-8 hour drive freom here (Connecticut), I could make it pretty easily.

I would be interested.. How about we split the difference between California and Washington.. How does Oregon sound?

$500 - $600 is about my limit as well.. Also, no class in April..

Definitely no more than 500 for me.

I can do Oregon, Love Eugene and Bend!

You might want to follow the link I posted earlier. The class begins Friday PM with a drive of 3 hours to the area where the excercise will be held. Class is all day Saturday. The drive back is right after breakfast Sunday. Basically it is a one day class. Alot can be learned in one long day but will it be worth it to you? BTW this description is for the land navigation class.

$500 for a 1 day class?
I think I'm going to have to excuse myself from this one.. That's a bit steep. 2 day class, yes, but not a one day class.

$500 is for 3 days, not one day if we have the minimum of 6 students. if we get 10 students then the price would go down. class will be held over a 3 day weekend.

i am trying to put together a class in alaska in the fall when the weather will make class more challenging.

we can have this class whenever the class agrees to dates. first we need at least 6 guys. we also need a place to hold it. i don't mind driving to attend. i guess where the majority of the students live that is where we will have the class? hopefully on the east coast. smokelaw1, an 8 hr. drive from ct. works for me too.

how about guys start posting months that are good for their schedules? then maybe we can get this class off the ground?

obviously the guy knows what he is doing, i am sure he will give a good class.
get your steel sharpened.

if anyone is interested enough to go on the contact list, drop me a p.m..
