Ha!! Made ya look!!

But seriously, a mysterious "benefactor" has shipped me a desert SK and a desert NO with permission to make extra sheaths.

If you are interested, please contact me via e-mail.
(okuden@earthlink.net or info@okuden.net)

He is a patient man, but I will only let this sit for a few days. and I'll limit orders to 12 for either piece. Desert material is available. For those who want a peek at some desert sheaths, check the Desert Pants thread on the SRKW forum.

Hey Stinkster!

I have Desert, Woodland and Matte Black in stock. I may be able to get others if there is sufficient demand and if my supplier has 'em.

I will say that none of Bill Jordan's patterns (realtree, wetlands etc) are available.

For a view of samples of all 3 in stock, take a peek at my website and click the A-7-T photo on the Products page.

I'll call tomorrow and find out.

I recall having some at another job and we didn't sell much of it.

The thing about the tan that I've seen is that it's more of a VERY light khaki. Almost like the substrate of the Desert pattern. It can look a bit "funky" with nothing on it.

If I can get a sufficiently small piece (which is to say, make a sensible investment), or get enough interest, I'll get some. Check here tomorrow for the results of my call to the supplier.

LOL!

At least you didn't ask about Brown (YUK!)

If you want 'em, I'll be happy to put you at the top of the list. I plan to build at least the sheaths for the owner tomorrow. Perhaps I'll post pics. I suspect that his NO sheath should be a "thing of beauty".

(Edited to add)
I'll still call about the Tan, "just in case."

Ooooooh theee er four EEEEEEEEE!

Actually for the Matte Black I can get up to 36 or 40 depending on size. The Cammo is different though depending on the pattern and the knife. Desert for instance is a drag because the pattern is not very dense so there is quite a bit of waste. Additionally, the cammo patterns have a "border" on the print area so there is less usable material to begin with.

well on my desert camo sheath try for as much as the darker color you can, ko?

and please don't tell anyone i'm buying cowdex, it'll ruin my image:rolleyes:

I have a desert NO GFD on order. I would imagine that you would need the actual knife to make a sheath in that case? - Correct?

Thanks

Stinkster,

I aint a sayin' nuttin'!

rt,

You lost me with GFD (remember, I'm still sort of a new guy on the forums).

The desert NO I have (temporarily) is one of the military over runs. If yours is different, I will need the knife.

So, to answer your question, yes...or maybe no?

A general thing: I asked about the tan Kydex today, and my supplier does not have any in the correct thickness. They call it beige, and agree that you could also call it nasty. But I did promise to call and let you folks know.

Oku: GFD is Grinder Front Design or Grinder Fun Design, whichever you wanna call it. It's when Jerry gets a little grinder happy and just goes to town. It's a variant, only more primal.

Thanks Zal!

In that case...

rt,

Yup, I need the knife!
For more info, please e-mail.

OKU: Thanks - That's what I thought. I'll catch up with you when I have a better idea of when I'll have the knife.

rt,

If it were me, I'd probably want to see it first, but if you were to ask "The Great and Powerful Kassi", you might be able to have it shipped to my shop direct from the factory. That way you don't have to send it back out after you get it.

Hey Gang!

Monday evening will be the last day to order for the desert NO military over run and the desert SK. I want to return these wayward chillins to their daddy!
