Mysterious Eye Brand Knife?

I recently came into possesion of an eye brand knife. I am trying to find information about the origin and vlaue of the knife. It is marked on the blade with the Eye Brand logo. It is labeled on the blade with Trophy Line Skinner Surgical Steel. Then lower on the blade it is labeled with #358 Soligen Germany. It has a 5" blade and is 9 1/2" overall with stag handle. Any information you can provide would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
