No, it wasn't from Afghanistan, although it was pretty big, a little heavy, and brown. ;)

I know it's not as exciting as those blue-boxes Mr. Gollnick every now and then recieve, but it's exciting enough for me.
The sender seemed to be Palacio enterprices, and it contained *counting* one, two, three, four... SEVEN Flipside™ t-shirts and a balisword from Armand Palacios site!! :D

Mr. Palacio is very nice doing business with - this time he included TWO of his former Flipside™ t-shirts (the ones with that big balisong with a snake crawled around on the back) for free! Now I have one to wear, one to collect, and one for my girlfriend. :) I love this guy and his service.

The balisword is also very nice, it's a bit tight to flip, and I'm not quite sure if I want to break it out or just put it on my wall for exhibition... But it sure it nice!

I own at least one of each t-shirt from his new designs that he's put up for sale, and I love them all. I simply can't wait till there's some new ones I can get. :D

I really recommend his service if you want to get some Flipside™ shirts to walk around in.

Wow, you're getting quite the balisong decore going there.

Be carefull flipping the big ones. If you get your finger across the channel of the opposite handle of a BM42, you can get a nasty cut. But, if you get your finger across the channel of the opposite handle on one of those big boys, your finger will simply be chopped off by the weight and inertia of the blade. Even getting your finger across the channel on the safe handle isn't safe since the weight and inertia of such a heavy blade could easily break a finger. So, be careful.

Chuck,

You ever see a Gent named Greg Alland open one of them Puppies? Whew-wee. What a guy...very skilled, Pekiti fella. :)

Hehe, yeah, I know. You've told me before.

I'm thinking of a new speciality... Double balisword manipulation. :D Wouldn't that be something to play around with? :P

Don: Got any videos of that? I would really like to see some... But none seems to be in existence... :(

Just the opening and then going into basic lines. The video should be online, has alot of Balisong stuff on it. Do a www.google.com search for pekiti tirsi alland and you should find the tape!
