Anyone else have an EDC knife with the finish worn off in this location?
Can you guess what caused it?

I'm admiring that flipper tab patina. That soldier is serving well or you have a P220 finger pad. :)

It's a fine sandpaper grit number. I love signs of heavy use on nice knives, like yours, and found that impressive. Just saying that it is clearly a good, hardworking tool.
Gotcha. I've used sandpaper up to 600 for various things. The "P" was throwing me off. Looked it up online and all I found was the Sig P220.

And that is an Emerson.

People who own knives I'm jealous of, no particular order other than alphabetical:
Emerson
Les George
Winkler

Etc

I hate you.
🙃

A sig was the first thing to come to my mind also lol. I prefer the Sig p365 XMacro for my edc. That and a Spyderco Delica Supergold.
