Mystery Damascus Folder - Anyone Recognize The Maker Challenge!

I have a nice custom damascus folder I picked up a while back from a dealer. The dealer acquired it in a collection and didn’t know the maker. The knife is finely made with beautiful file work. Has anyone ever seen this style before or recognize the emblem or maker?

That has a very 'Euro' style. Can't tell you though.
