Anyone happen to know anything about this blade? I've looked and found nothing.

Tang stamp Gerber USA. Thanks. Never seen one like it before.

Yellow thing is a pencil...it's a small knife, little 3 3/4ths, blade: 2 3/4ths.

Nope, sorry, should have been more specific. Spring loaded lockback. I guess not really lockBACK. Spring loaded with a lock (released with the switch which is on both sides). Both sides look identical.
 
I think it's called the Urban Companion by Gerber.
