I found a khuk in a pawn shop that is over 25in long the bolster looks similar to an HI. what are the most distinguisable HI markings? the fit and finish on this thing were very good but the sheath is falling apart, I just want to be able to tell if it is worth the money or not.

Hi Mott and welcome to the Cantina

To the best of my limited knowledge all HI Khukuris have the these two logo characters on the right side of the blade. Look at the detail of the 'The Millennium Special'. The logo is just above and to the right of the engraved roses.
