Mystery knife - Can you identify it?

I bought this at a show somewhere a long time ago and have forgotten who the maker was and what I paid. Does anyone recognize the maker, or have any info on it?

Yup, this.....Tom Ferry.

Tom Ferry looks right. There are some very similar models shown on AZCK that he calls the Rubicon. Thanks guys I think this is the right maker.
